How Saim can help
Spend an evening and a night in the Thar, with Saim arranging the camp, the safaris and the drive out from the city. Inclusions vary by package and by the camp chosen, so every plan is confirmed during your enquiry.

Organised tented camp stay
Tented camps near Sam offer a set evening: arrival in the afternoon, safaris on the dunes, sunset, a cultural programme with folk music and dance, then dinner and an overnight stay in a tent. Facilities differ from camp to camp; Saim helps you choose one that suits your group.
Open desert overnight
A quieter night away from the camp clusters, with a simple freshly cooked dinner and sleeping under the sky. This is part of the 5-day group experience and is described separately from a tent stay. Stargazing depends on weather and sky conditions.
Camel safari
A slow ride over the dunes, usually timed for late afternoon light. Good for first-time visitors and families.
Jeep safari
A faster drive across the dunes for guests who want more ground covered and a bit of thrill.
Sunset, dining and high tea
Evening tea, sunset on the dunes and dinner at camp are common parts of a desert evening. Exactly which meals are included depends on your package.
Choosing a camp
Tell Saim your budget, group size and the kind of evening you want. He will suggest suitable options and confirm what each includes before you book.
