Meet Jitendra Singh, Your Local Friend in Jaisalmer

A personal host for your trip

Saim is Jitendra Singh, a Jaisalmer local who many guests know as Saim Charlie. He works as a personal guide and travel coordinator, helping visitors put together their whole stay in the Golden City — from the hotel on the first night to the drive back on the last day.

Instead of booking a hotel in one place, a camp in another and a taxi from a third, guests plan with Saim. He arranges city hotels and desert camps with local partners, organises taxis and tempo travellers, plans sightseeing and safaris, and puts together trips for couples, families and groups of 10 or more.

Over time, more than 4,000 guests have been welcomed this way. For Saim, hosting means staying reachable, being clear about what is included, and treating each guest the way you would treat a friend visiting your home town.
