Why group trips need more planning
Ten or more people means more rooms, more tents, a bigger vehicle and more meals to coordinate. Small delays multiply. A clear plan, agreed before arrival, makes the trip far more relaxed for everyone.
Saim offers two group packages, each with a minimum of 10 guests on double occupancy.
Rooms and tents
Both group packages are on double occupancy — two guests per room or tent. Send a rooming list as early as possible, including any families who want rooms together. Final allocation is confirmed with Saim.
Transport
Groups travel by tempo traveller. The 3-day package includes two days of tempo traveller service; the 5-day package includes three. Saim confirms how transport covers each day, including arrival and the final drop, before booking.
Meals
The 3-day package includes three breakfasts and two dinners; the 5-day package includes five breakfasts and four dinners. Meal timing, especially on arrival day, is confirmed with Saim. Tell him early about dietary needs.
Monument tickets and guiding
The 3-day package includes three days of tour guide and travel guidance, and entry tickets for selected monuments: Fort Palace, Patwa Haveli, Bada Bagh, Kuldhara Village and Khaba Fort. The 5-day package includes an experienced guide and selected monument tickets, with the list confirmed during enquiry.
Pacing a group
A few habits help larger groups move smoothly:
